Refund policy

All sales are final. Carillon Jewelry does not offer returns, refunds, exchanges or credit notes on any purchased product.

If there is any manufacturing defect, damage, or an error from our side, Carillon Jewelry will correct, repair or rectify the same product and send it back to the customer. Such cases will not qualify for a refund, credit note or exchange for another product.

RING SIZE / CUSTOMISATION

Customers are requested to carefully confirm the ring size, metal colour, finish, customisation and all other specifications before placing the order.

If Carillon Jewelry has supplied the same ring size and specifications confirmed by the customer, but the customer later requires a size change or any other modification:

• The alteration or revision will be chargeable.
• Courier/shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
• Any additional material or workmanship charges, if applicable, will also be borne by the customer.
• After the alteration is completed, the same ring will be sent back to the customer.

The ring cannot be returned or exchanged for another ring, design or product, and no refund or credit note will be issued.

If an incorrect size, colour, finish or specification has been supplied due to an error from Carillon Jewelry, we will rectify the same product and resend it to the customer.

IMPORTANT

Under no circumstances will a cash refund, credit note, return or exchange for another product be provided due to change of mind, personal preference, fit preference or change in requirement.

International orders and customised or made-to-order products are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
